I may be young, but I’ve made some bad health decisions in losing weight at a rapid pace.

  1. Honestly by the sounds of it. You didn’t have a heart attack. What it sounds more like is an anxiety attack which can show some symptoms of a heart attack but with out the damage. With a heart attack you wouldn’t be able to get back up. It may be induced by the diet pills you mentioned. I have horrible anxiety and stressed induced attacks. It’s been recommended to me personally to not take diet pills that I have taken because of my anxiety and making it worse.

Anything can trigger an anxiety attack. If I were you and you haven’t done this yet which sounds like you haven’t. I would get an ekg done. It shows whether or not you have had a heart attack. My mom has had one and it is scary. Get it the ekg done. Talk with your psychiatrist and your regular doctor for the best thing for you. But you most likely just had an anxiety attack from the dietary pills. It is possible to start developing anxiety from past experiences or current. But trust me when I say it is best to talk to both of your doctors. And get that ekg done and have the doctors explain it to you down to the last detail. If you didn’t have a heart attack it will ease your mind and if you did. You can start taking steps to take better care of yourself.

  2. That isn't a heart attack, I've had 2 brain surgeries due to no anti-epileptic drugs working for my epilepsy disorder.. and that would definitely just be an anxiety attack. Be greatful that it isn't seizures all the time that people like me have to deal with.

  3. As an ER doctor, it certainly doesn’t sound like you had a heart attack. Anxiety attack maybe, especially if you were taking diet pills/stimulants. A heart attack is diagnosed with either an EKG or a specific blood test showing death of the heart muscle. If you actually think you are having a heart attack you should go to the ER immediately. Not urgent care, not your doctor. In most people heart attacks present with chest pain, and there is some variation to this but this does not sound like a heart attack.

  4. You did not have a heart attack. You had a panic attack. I lived through all of this when I was your age. I learned to control my mind so I do not let the anxiety get to the point of a panic attack. You should really change the title of this video. Young people can have heart attacks, but that is not what occurred so you should not leave this click bait title in place. Maybe you should retitle this I thought I was having a heart attack.

  5. hey gaygod just stumbled on your channel so sorry about your early childhood. im so happy your still alive!

  6. Completely random but to me you have been the same age my entire life. I have been watching you for 7 years now and you have always looked early to mid 20s

  7. Ok I need answers ok

And he was wandering should he come out to his parents but he’s scared to nor does he want to tell his friends even tho they have s whole bunch of gay friends but he’s to scared what does he do?

  8. You might try meditation. It helps me with my anxiety. I've been thinking about learning Transcendental Meditation. A lot of celebrities use it.

  9. I'm glad your ok, but what you had was a panick attack sweetie, not a heart attack. Anxiety attacks can mimic some heart attack symptoms which is probably what your doctor said. Not that you'd had an actual heart attack hunnie.

  10. Anxiety/panic attacks can simulate all kinds of different symptoms that may make you feel like you're suffering from a heart attack among other things. I had one myself a few months ago and it was awful. Felt like I was gonna pass out and die.

  11. I have a severe anxiety disorder caused by complex PTSD… I have anxiety attacks 3 to 4 times a day. Doctors are trying to get me on a medication that works for me. So I understand. I'm so sorry you have to go though all of this

  12. Take more potassium and magnesium, not only does that help your heart relax but it helps anxiety and panic attacks

  13. Aww Matt I hope you are feeling better soon, if you ever need to talk to someone you can talk to us. lush you xxxxxx

  14. Matthew, you have to learn how to control your anxiety. I know how you feel when having one as I used to have them too. Scary shit, right? When I started to have an anxiety attack, I would go into my bedroom and relax ever muscle. I would concentrate on a part of my body that wouldn't relax and concentrate on it until it relaxed. Just remember, whatever is making you anxious is not worth losing your life over.

  15. It’s stories like these that make me so thankful that I live in Canada and don’t have to worry about healthcare costs in the event of a health emergency. Gheez- I can’t imagine.

  16. As a personal experience I had one heart attack last year was not fun had multiple panic attacks Plus on top of everything mix it with seizures that I was born with so that's my health history makes with high blood pressure
