  5. My problem is my upper body is fairly strong but I've always neglected my lower body so I feel like I'm going to tear a muscle when I'm squatting with only 50lbs on the bar!

  6. How do you relax your shoulders when running? I naturally lift my shoulders and it causes me pain in my left shoulder what are some ways i can learn to relax it so it doesnt tense up
